Unpolished Kodo Millet Flour

How to store?

Store your favorite Organic Kodo Millet Flour in a cool and dry place. It has a shelf life of 3 months.

For roti:

Add cup of flour to a bowl and add salt as you require, add hot water little by little and mix with spoon. Let it be cool, when its cooldown, add little more hot water make smooth dough, cover with damp muslin cloth for 20-30 minutes. After 30 minutes knead again the dough, make small balls out of it, make as you do regular roti and cook in tawa with damp white cloth. Serve with curry and onion.

For malt or java:

Use 30grams of flour 280ml of water mix well, boil for 5-7minutes. Add with jiggery powder or sugar or honey or lemon or curd or salt. Steam for 12 to 15 minutes.
